Ravanya is an Associate Director in the Climate Risk and Strategy team – supporting clients with their transition to a low carbon economy and building resilience/adaptation to the impacts from physical risks. Ravanya has 10 years of experience in climate change and sustainability working across several industries including consultancy, corporate, academia and non-profits. Her main industry experience includes mining, chemicals, financial services, construction, and telecoms. In broader networks, Ravanya was a co-chair for the UNEP-FI resource efficiency and circular economy target setting guidelines (a deliverable of the Principles for Responsible Banking). Ravanya has also worked with the IPCC southern African climate scientists building out her expertise in downscaled climate models.
