Kenny is part of the UK leadership team within Restructuring. He has over 20 years' experience leading and delivering transformation, turnaround and restructuring assignments across a wide range of both private and public sectors.
When delivering these programmes, Kenny often operates in high stakes environments – including projects where the output was safety critical, as well as in key infrastructure organisations.
Kenny has delivered a wide range of projects in the nuclear decommissioning sector over the last 12 years. Key assignments include the development and implementation of an enhanced enterprise operating model, major cost reduction programmes and various strategic reviews.
Other recent assignments have included working with a number of major players in the UK transport and distribution market, covering a range of challenges from rapid performance improvement, strategic positioning, business and operating model development and turnaround.
