Deborah has over 18 years of experience of working in tax and has spent time working both in professional practice and in-house, having spent six years in the energy industry as a Head of Tax at a global oilfield services organisation. 

She joined KPMG in 2017 and focuses on tax advisory services including group reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and cross border taxation matters. As well as her Aberdeen Tax Director role, Deborah has a national role at KPMG in respect of tax and the energy sector. As well as her UK and multinational clients in the onshore and offshore energy sector, Deborah also advises clients operating in a range of other sectors, on their UK and international tax matters.
