Chris has led various multi-disciplinary functions and complex client delivery work across the full suite of retail and commercial UK headquartered banks.
His main focus is banking operational strategy, multi-channel end-to-end data and digital re-engineering. Additionally he has specific expertise in contact centre, mortgages and resilience transformations.
Prior to KPMG he held various leadership roles in the financial services industry including RBS and Scottish widows, covering large scale operations management, global lean transformation and voice of customer responsibilities. His early career was in engineering where he worked at Weir Group as a business unit manager for configured to order products and Motorola in new product introduction engineering roles.
He has particular focus on client leadership, banking products and large scale transformation.
