Andrew is the TMT lead for the Customer and Digital team, leading the Customer Experience (CX) strategy capability. He turns customer insights into actions and ultimately outcomes - including the design and delivery of solutions that improve both customer and employee experiences (such as operating model design).
Andrew’s professional interests include Innovation, Agile delivery, Design thinking and the exploitation of Emerging Technologies.
Andrew has worked within professional services for over 17 years in business advisory and specialises in Customer experience and operating model transformation. Over this time Andrew has undertaken a diverse range of roles and projects, which have included managing very sizeable (and geographically disparate) teams, secondments into senior client positions, and projects delivering both business transformation and technology implementation.
Over the last five years, Andrew has focused on ‘Digital’ within Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors as well as Utilities and Oil and Gas sectors.
