Senda Kavindele

Director, ESG Inclusion, Diversity & Equity / Office Senior Partner, Gatwick

KPMG in the UK

Senda is a Director in KPMG Business Services and is currently interim Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity. A former chair of the African & Caribbean Network (Sept 2016 to April 2022), she is chair of the Black Heritage Working Group and leads KPMG’s Black Lives Action Plan (BLAP). She has been nominated based on the outstanding work that she has delivered in the last 2 years, driving positive change in the lived experiences of Black Heritage (BH) colleagues.

Under her leadership, we have seen more progress with respect to the inclusion, progression and representation of BH colleagues, than in the rest of the firms history. Her execution of KPMG’s Black Lives Action Plan since July 2020 has simply been a reminder of her ability to drive positive change in the business.
