Roraigh is a Director with KPMG’s Special Situations Group, with nearly 15 years of experience advising and assisting management and other key stakeholders through a wide range of complex public and private sector transformations.
Roraigh has spent a significant amount of time working on major transformation programmes across the Aerospace & Defence sectors, leading multi-disciplinary teams addressing and delivering against challenges associated with underperformance, cost reduction and efficiency targets, operational transformation, cash management and organisational change. Roraigh specialises in breaking down complex and interrelated problems to drive both short term results and sustainable longer term solutions.
Outside of Aerospace & Defence, Roraigh has delivered multiple cost reduction, cash and working capital management and broader restructuring projects. These include the stabilisation and generation of a turnaround plan for a major sovereign wealth fund, cash forecasting and cost management of a highly distressed oil & gas explorer and the development of a profit improvement plan through major organisational change at a European IT services provider.
