Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in consulting across the Energy and Natural Resources markets. He leads the Global Energy and Natural Resources Strategy team covering oil and gas, mining, chemicals, power and utilities as well as leading performance improvement and Zero based cost programmes across a wide range of sectors. Jeremy regularly provides advice to private equity, principal investment firms and blue chip corporate clients in all aspects of business and operations strategy, cost reduction, due diligence and upside valuation in a deal environment. He regularly represents KPMG in the market, writing articles and speaking on performance improvement and zero based budgeting. He has worked in over 20 countries and specializes in leading transformational programs for energy organizations, driving sustained improvements in cost, margin, working capital and all areas of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. His real passion is in providing a respectful challenge to organizations by using smart analytics and techniques such as zero basing to find new sources of value, and using execution experience to quickly deliver tangible results. He regularly represents KPMG in the market writing articles such as KPMG’s report in 2017 on improving value in LNG business and operating models and speaking publically on value improvement strategies.
