Supporting the preparation of the spending review submission for the estate portfolio of a major government department (submission value: £1 billion+).
Contingency planning for standby liquidation coordinator role for an international care hire company including dealing with complex legal issues and multiple jurisdictions.
Leading a team for 18 months to deliver a major transformation programme for a public sector client seeking to make cost savings and deliver a more effective operating model. Key aspects of our support included detailed design of the target operating model, implementing headcount controls to deliver savings, developing process improvements and preparing the estates strategy.
