Richard has joined KPMG as the customer transformation lead for Corporate Markets. Richard is responsible for developing the customer capability to help clients deliver their customer strategy and develop their sales, marketing and service capabilities. Our approach is focused on Nunwood six pillars, using its insights to help clients define customer programmes to transform their customer and employee experience; and aid customer retention and growth.
Prior to joining KPMG, Richard was the Customer Capability lead for the Private Sector at PwC. He has worked across the corporate sector markets and with many major energy and water companies in the UK.
Prior to becoming a consultant Richard was responsible for pricing & customer propositions at British Gas (Energy, Telco and Home Services markets). This included writing the business case for its electricity market entry and helping restructure the business into segmented P&Ls.
