Additionally Rachel has provided strategic advice to industry for large scale acquisition, support and transformational programmes in Aerospace, Defence and wider government, combining customer, market, commercial and financial insight.
Rachel leads teams of consultants covering all aspects of advisory focused on delivering bottom line results and creating shareholder value. Rachel is also the sponsoring partner for KPMG’s industry wide inclusion and diversity forum; Women in Aerospace, Defence and Technology.
Prior to joining KPMG, Rachel was a founding director of a leading strategy, financial/commercial and transformation advisory working with Global Aerospace and Technology companies. Rachel also worked internationally as a management consultant in a global technology company for Telecommunications and Media, led sales and marketing for new products for a global consumer goods brand in Southern & Eastern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa and led turnarounds in industrial manufacturing and media companies.
