Jane has over 19 years restructuring experience specializing, over the last 10 years in operational restructuring.
Jane’s focus is on implementing operational restructuring plans (principally cost reduction). She has also reviewed and developed cash forecast plans, baseline financial plans, turnaround plans and their associated governance.
Jane has worked in a variety of countries and sectors. She has implemented turnaround programmes and reviewed the financial position of numerous healthcare organisations, took 10 percent of headcount out of a global telecommunications company without any compulsory redundancies and ran the programme office for the turnaround of a large automotive company.
