Edward has over 10 years’ experience in advising on Reward matters. He specialises in advising on the design, implementation and operation of equity based long term incentive arrangements.
Edward’s advice considers tax, administration, market practice and a businesses’ commercial aims in order to help develop bespoke and effective arrangements clients can use to reward and incentivise staff.
Edward regularly advises investors, companies and management teams on the tax implications of transactions on incentive arrangements. His experience helps clients manage these issues in a pressurised and fast moving environment.
Prior to joining KPMG, Edward practised as a solicitor in the London office of an International law firm, advising on Reward and Corporate law matters.
