- Synergy offerings: Synergy assessment / assist, private synergy commentary reports, Quantified Financial Benefits Statements (both synergies and transformational benefits), Synergy Benefit Statements, clean teams, synergy case validation and benefits tracking.
- Types of synergy benefit: Cost, revenue, cost avoidance, capex, working capital, financing
- ICAEW guidance paper: Contributor to the Synergies chapter of the Valuation guidance paper “Contemporary Valuation Issues Arising in Deals” developed by KPMG in conjunction with the ICAEW in 2017.
