Kru is a Partner at KPMG in the UK, leading the Government and Infrastructure practice. Her 20-year career has included advising UK and International, national and regional Governments, Health Authorities and private sector providers in improving the performance of public services to citizens, including technology enabled transformation programmes.
Kru re-joined KPMG in July 2010 from a FTSE 250 Business Services Provider operating in the UK Public Sector market where she was a member of the Group Management Board and Managing Director of its Management Consulting Division. Kru originally joined KPMG in 1993 from Westminster City Council where she served in a number of policy development and operational roles. She has experience of advising clients on their transformation and performance improvement programmes in the UK, Sub Saharan Africa, and mainland Europe.
