Charles is a Partner in our Transaction Services team. He helps insurers and brokers to change their business models by providing advice across the full spectrum of M&A, as well as assisting PE clients investing into the sector. Charles works across the insurance sector, which enables him to provide his clients a multi-faceted view of the market, but also has experience of M&A in the Life insurance market.
