Tony has been providing tax advice to Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies in respect of their transactions for over 20 years. He has worked on many complex and international deals for a range of large and mid-cap houses and other institutional investors. Tony also has substantial experience of corporate restructuring situations, advising companies, debt and equity holders on the tax implications thereof.
