Simon Cooper

Simon is an experienced Director within the Accounting Advisory Services team at KPMG and has experience in providing accounting advice to clients across a wide range of sectors from listed groups to owner managed businesses. Simon provides accounting advice on both buy and sell side assignments, as well as advising on IPO’s, complex reorganisations, carve-outs and re-financing transactions. In addition, he has worked across a number of KPMG’s capabilities in his career including Audit, Accounting Advisory Services, Deal Advisory and Learning & Development.
