Scott’s clients have been across industry, and range from smaller rapidly growing to very large complex corporate organisations. He partners with clients to help frame the issue and works closely with them to develop the solution. He has a depth of experience in helping organisations develop their total reward strategy, including pay, incentives, benefits, and underlying grading structures and job architecture.
Scott is fascinated by the changes that technology is driving is organisations and the impact that this is having on the future of work. He has worked with organisations recently to review and update their total reward strategy and job architecture in light of these changes to ensure engagement across all employee groups, including digital and agile populations.
Prior to working at KPMG Scott was Senior Director and Sales and Marketing lead for their Talent and Reward Business. Prior to WTW Scott was the Group Reward Manager at RSA Insurance and also worked in Reward at the Bank of New York. Scott has an MSc in Economics from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
