Sarah works with underperforming companies and provides advice to directors and key stakeholders prior to the insolvency of the company / group. In the event of an insolvency, stepping into the place of the Directors to trade the business prior to sale as a going concern or close the business down and sell the assets. Sarah has the ability to run a large portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases.
Sarah’s key roles include leading on contingency planning, trading companies, winding down remaining of the corporate shell, company valuations of assets and financial position to illustrate to potential buyers, review of viability of trade as well as selling a business.
