Nigel is a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group, primarily working in stressed and distressed businesses. He has worked for both stakeholders and companies to advise on and act as an interim executive to provide cash stabilisation, crisis management, planning and implementing turnarounds, cost reduction, stakeholder management, preparing businesses for sale and managing M&A processes.
With over 25 years' experience, Nigel has had extensive executive and advisory experience in both large and mid-corporate turnarounds, in the public and private sector. He has worked with both UK and overseas registered quoted companies.
Nigel also currently co-leads KPMG’s Health Restructuring Team and works exclusively in public sector health, focusing on trusts in financial special measures or with a large financial deficit.
