Mark is a Partner in the Forensic Technology team focusing on Banking and Financial Services. He has over 15 years experience in commercial and leadership roles in technology, outsourcing and managed services.

Currently Mark is working with a Tier 1 Global Bank delivering a managed technology service supporting the legal, regulatory and investigation teams globally. KPMG is delivering significant cost savings and process efficiency gains through a combination of improved process and collaboration, and the application of advanced analytics and machine learning.

Prior to KPMG, Mark led the European sales and account management group for a leading eDiscovery provider. During that time he oversaw significant revenue growth and took a direct leadership role in some of the company’s largest corporate and law firm clients. This includes leading an engagement to scope, deliver and implement a multi‑jurisdiction Early Case Assessment platform and workflow for a FTSE 100 company. Prior to that, Mark was the Global Head of Legal Services for a global outsourcing company where he worked with multinational organisations in Financial Services, Technology and Natural Resources.

Mark has specific experience in the delivery of on and off‑shore managed document review engagements, including FTC second requests, as well as US and UK regulatory reviews. Mark has frequently been a moderator and speaker on eDiscovery and information governance, with a particular focus on the use of technology in the legal profession.
