David started with KPMG as a Director in September 2005. His main role is helping businesses improve their performance and cash flow. These include many medium businesses with turnover from £10 million to £300 million as well as larger companies.
There are not many challenges David hasn’t helped businesses deal with. Standard issues include profit improvement, efficiency reviews, strategy, crisis cash management, growing pains, accelerated disposals and dealing with difficult stakeholders.
More unusual issues include unmanageable pensions deficits, poor FDs, thefts and fires!
David leads a team of 40 plus professional and has recently been appointed head of Inclusion and Diversity for KPMG Restructuring.
