Andy has been a partner in KPMG for over 13 years. His particular focus, from a market perspective, is in the Energy sector where he advises Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities clients.

Andy specialises in providing M&A advice to Corporates, Infrastructure Funds, Major Asian investors and Private Equity, and his role is to help his clients deliver successful transactions. He enjoys originating opportunities, executing deals and maximising value for his clients and is motivated by playing a meaningful role at the top table in large/complex transactions.

Andy has been fortunate to work on many high profile deals in the power sector covering renewables, regulated utilities (transmission, distribution and water), conventional generation including nuclear. He is Global Lead Partner for BP p.l.c. and is responsible for ensuring that KPMG brings insight and ideas to BP whilst delivering the highest level of service at all times.

Andy has worked with many clients in the energy sector including Mitsubishi Corporation, National Grid, EDF, Macquarie, Vattenfall, Scottish & Sothern Energy, ADIA, CPPIB, AES, GDF. Andy operates on a global basis, having worked in over 25 countries during his career in KPMG.
