KPMG in the UK
Sue is a senior partner and UK Head of ESG. She is a Vice-Chair of KPMG in the UK, leads a number of client relationships in the Consumer Markets and Retail sectors and is a former Head of Tax for the EMA region of KPMG.
Sue leads KPMG’s programme of work in relation to the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda, driving ESG as a Board priority in KPMG and helping our clients meet the increasing stakeholder demands for a more sustainable approach to their business. Drawing on over 35 years of experience in KPMG advising clients, this involves helping them as they set their strategic priorities for ESG, build out and execute the supporting business transformation programmes and capture and report the data to evidence the change.
Sue is also the founder and co-lead of KPMG’s C-Suite Leadership Programme – an experiential programme directed at those 1-2 years from the executive board of FTSE 100 and equivalent public sector organisations to help them develop the skills and perspectives needed to succeed in their role as responsible leaders.
She is also a Board member of The Forward Institute, a not for profit organisation focused on working with a cohort of senior leaders in major institutions across the UK committed to becoming beacons of purpose and responsibility.
Sue also served as an Elected Member of the Board of KPMG in the UK, finishing her term in September 2020, and has held multiple executive leadership roles in the firm.
