Hashim is a sell-side specialist and Director in our deal advisory practice. He has over 13 years’ experience with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional sell-side transactions.
He joined KPMG in 2007 as an audit trainee. In 2010 he moved into the transaction services team developing broad experience across sectors (particularly consumer and life sciences) and transaction types including buy-side diligence, sell-side assistance (including vendor initiated due diligence), intial public offerings (IPOs) and joint ventures.
Hashim spent two years outside of KPMG between 2017 and 2019 as an investment director at a consumer markets focused private family investment office. During this time, he was able to gain valuable investment and portfolio management experience. Hashim re-joined KPMG in 2020 and continues to provide divestment advice and support to large corporate clients.
