Ben has over 14 years’ experience advising clients on corporate law and has particular expertise in International Business Reorganisations, as well as extensive experience advising on joint-ventures, investments and private M&A.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2014, Ben was a Senior Associate in a large international law firm. Ben has spent the last 7 years of his career at KPMG working with colleagues in the KPMG network to provide joined-up, global advice that integrates tax, accounting, financial and legal expertise to produce integrated and holistic solutions that meet clients’ commercial and strategic needs.

Ben’s practice focusses on domestic and international group reorganisations, including spin-outs, LER projects, group redesign and post-acquisition integration projects, advising major global listed and unlisted clients in a wide range of sectors on all aspects of optimising their groups to adapt to the changing legal, regulatory, tax and operational landscape.
