KPMG in Ukraine has launched a mobile application KPMG Online. This solution is a part of KPMG client oriented strategy and is designed as a response to request of business, for which it is essential to have on-line access to KPMG expertise at time when grave crises occur and unexpected risks arise.
“We continuously improve our own business processes through establishing the most comfortable and efficient conditions for cooperation with our clients. In 2018, it was decided to transform the approach to communication with clients and dispel the existing stereotype of our expertise inaccessibility. KPMG values time of its clients and understands difficulties faced by Ukrainian business. In urgent situations, mobile application KPMG Online allows not to waste time on deliberating how you can reach the company by phone, who you should ask a question, and how you should formulate your question properly. Now you can send a request to the company or ask a question by making a single click", says Kostiantyn Karpushin, Partner, Head of Innovation and Technology Group, KPMG in the CIS.
KPMG Online allows a client to send a request via Siri, using a voice or a text message or simply by selecting the matter in the menu any time of the day from anywhere in the world. Afterwards, a relevant KPMG specialist will contact the client. Declared speed of response to a request varies from two to four hours, however, the company endeavors to process requests in the shortest possible time understanding the importance of immediate reaction for customers.
