Code of Conduct

Combating corruption

KPMG in Ukraine supports and monitors compliance with the Law of Ukraine On Prevention of Corruption. In order to create an effective system of preventing and combating corruption, KPMG in Ukraine has approved the Anti-Corruption Program.

Interaction with contractors

KPMG in Ukraine in its activities, as well as in its relations with clients, counterparties, contractors, state authorities, local governments, is guided by the principle of zero tolerance to any manifestations of corruption and takes all lawful measures to prevent, detect and combat corruption. KPMG in Ukraine strictly adheres to the provisions of the KPMG Global Code of Conduct. In order to maintain its business reputation, KPMG in Ukraine expects its counterparties to follow the same approach. In the context of cooperation with KPMG in Ukraine, the counterparties must comply with the following conditions:
