Every year KPMG surveys the real estate industry to explore the pace of digital transformation and change, and offer organisations the opportunity to benchmark against their peers.

In 2018, the headline results revealed a gap between acceptance of digital and action. While almost all respondents reported that digital and technology innovation will impact their business, 66 percent did not have a clear enterprise-wide vision and strategy for digital in place.

In the 2019 edition of the PropTech survey, we dig deeper into the reasons why digital adoption has been slow. The questionnaire looks at the challenges real estate companies face when attempting to implement transformation programmes and new technology solutions. It also investigates the attitudes of those responsible for digital in regards to Property-as-a-Service, customer-centricity, data-led decision making and cyber security.

Please take this opportunity to have your say. Fill in the survey and share your experience of working with innovative technologies and/or driving digital transformation projects.

The survey should take between 10-15 minutes to complete.

All data captured will be anonymised and treated in aggregate.
