Spark Lin graduated from Soochow University School of Law, LL.B., and National Taiwan University College of Law, LL.M. Spark Lin used to be an assistant of the Finance and Tax Law Center of NTU and an assistant of the Judicial Wisdom project of Judicial Yuan; therefore, he has extended experience in arranging conferences and is exceptional at receiving of guest scholars. The key areas of Spark Lin’s experience are tax administrative remedy procedures, litigation, and company law, as he had participated in tax administrative remedy procedures, litigation of breach of contract and torts, notarization procedures of China & Taiwan and Bankruptcy claims, etc. Spark Lin is currently the assistant researcher of the Company Law Review.
