Charlotte is CEO and Partner of Audit Department in Taiwan. Her work experiences include providing audit and certification of financial statements and corporate income tax returns. She has also expertise in helping clients establish accounting systems under IFRS, assists clients Go-Public in R.O.C., providing advisory services to foreign security issuers in applying for an IPO through cross trading on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, and likewise providing advisory services to Taiwanese clients pursuing IPO overseas. Also, she provides advisory services to clients with multi-operating locations for purposes of establishing internal control structure, and provides various training courses for clients. Her audit clients cover various industries including Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Financial Services and Biotech, Healthcare and Medicine.
In addition, Charlotte is also as a consultant of Financial Accounting Issues Task Force of the R.O.C. Accounting Research and Development Foundation. She has participated in several discussions about accounting issues in order to guide CPA professionals to provide sound professional advice.
As a convener of the Committee On Securities and Finance of the ROC Certified Public Accountants Association, Charlotte is involved in planning and developing securities and finance related courses.
As a member of the Taiwan Accounting Education Association, she is also assisting in searching for and inviting of resource panels during academic accounting seminars being held by the Association , and in enhancing the development of accounting curriculum and inter flow of academic studies.
