May Huang

May began her career in CPA firm in 1997, join with KPMG in 2003, promote as partner in 2012. May hold a Master degree of accounting from National Cheng-Chi University in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant from ROC.

 

 

May has extensive experiences serving clients in information, communications and entertainment, industrial such as ODM/OEM business, IC design, LED and solar energy companies and consumer markets. Her service experience includes: audit and attestation related service and advisory services. In respect of audit and attestation services, she provide financial statement attestation, corporation income tax return certification, internal control auditing and due diligence reviews. In respect of advisory services, she provides advisory services related to IPO, accounting systems and management control. She has abundant experiences in capital market for domestic IPO and SPO and has been helping many companies to successful listing. Also, she assisted foreign companies to listing in TSEC or GTSM by application of first listing or issuing TDR.

 

 

In addition, she focused on IFRSs and provides IFRS conversion services in Taiwan. In the year of 2018, she serves as champion of IFRS 3 and IFRS 15, respectively. Besides, there are two publications in related of IFRS that she had been joined, the Chinese version of IFRS 1 Handbook – First-time adoption of IFRS and Illustrative Financial Statement: First-time adopter.
