Steven is the KPMG Global Infrastructure Energy Sector Lead, Head of Deal Advisory, and also act as Head of Infrastructure, Government and Renewable in Taiwan with over 23 years' experiences in servicing Renewable, P&U, Governments, Infrastructure funds, Private Equity and Banking and insurance companies clients.

With extensive experience in deal advisory services, Steven has effectively led and completed a significant number of complex projects. Selected recent deals include followings.

Renewable: Offshore wind projects selection and bidding supports, Project finance advisor of fishery-type 50MW solar project, Acquisition of solar portfolio (170MW) in Taiwan, FA of Banks to perform LMA on solar projects.

M&A: FA of disposal of a Chemistry company, FA of renewable fund on renewable investment, FA on offshore wind farm investment, FA of Japanese trading house to investment into Taiwan, Seller side FA of Taiwan private company (packaging, stationery and Infrastructure industry)
