Sherry is the Global Transfer Pricing Services Country Leader of KPMG in Taiwan. She has more than 30 years of experience in providing tax advisory services to clients. She has been involved in providing tax administrative remedy procedures, family (individual) estate tax advisory services, investment and registration services and tax consultations services for both domestic and multinational groups in the areas including: transfer pricing, corporate investments, operational & shareholding structuring and tax incentive applications.

In terms of industrial specialization, Chang has specific experience in Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Industrial and Consumer Markets, Financial Services and Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare.

Chang received her Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Accounting from National Taipei University, and Master Degree in Management from National Taiwan University. She is a Taiwanese Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has been working as a tax officer in National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, Ministry of Finance.
