　Archie Cheng is Partner of Audit Dept. in KPMG Taiwan.

He graduated from National Taiwan University with two degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He seconded to KPMG LLP US, Dallas Office in Texas from 2008 to 2010. He provides assurance and attestation related services in Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT) industry. Mr. Cheng is also experienced with audits of listed companies, domestic and overseas IPOs, US GAAP audits, SOX 404 compliance, conflict minerals compliance and overseas capital raising projects, such as ECB, GDR and ADR, etc. He also engaged in coordinating with international KPMG offices and other accounting firms simultaneously to serve multinational clients.
