Chris is the Head of the Audit and Tax at KPMG in Trinidad and Tobago. He holds an Honours Degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, United Kingdom and is accredited to perform USGAAP and USGAAS audit engagements. Chris has over 30 year’s professional experience within international audit firms, which has spanned 3 continents. He has also been admitted to membership of 3 other national professional accounting institutes, in addition to his ICAEW membership. Chris has provided professional assurance, taxation and consultancy advice to a wide cross section of public and private sector enterprises, including those in the oil and gas industry, manufacturing, trading, financial, hospitality, insurance and not-for-profit organisations. His areas of professional competencies in matters of taxation include local and international tax planning, tax legislation, international tax, including double taxation treaties and providing advice and guidance on the practical applications of tax legislation.
