Bangkok, 19 March 2018 – Today, KPMG in Thailand launches Matchi, a leading global fintech innovation and matchmaking platform, at Bangkok FinTech Fair 2018: SME and Consumer Financial Solutions. KPMG-Matchi allows financial institutions in Thailand, including banks and insurance companies, to connect with leading-edge financial services technology solutions across the globe.
The KPMG-Matchi Fintech capability combines deep industry knowledge with sector experience. The platform includes more than 4,000 researched and curated fintech solutions that financial startups and institutions can work with to apply innovative fintech capabilities to solving their business problems and pursuing new market opportunities.
Fintech companies and solutions undergo an intensive curation process in order to qualify to appear on KPMG’s innovative Matchi platform. Financial institutions can use the platform’s proprietary ‘Innovation Challenge’ capability to present specific problem statements to the global fintech market and receive recommendations on solutions from Fintech innovators. In this way, financial institutions are able to access and unlock the technology and deep customer insights from the world’s best fintech firms.
