The Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for the financial aspects of the firm.  It records operating transactions, provides essential financial and accounting information necessary to make various decisions; and prepares financial statements that inform management and regulators about the firm’s financial results and position.  

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Billing and Collection Officer (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise operation of Billing and Collection Team
  • Drive Performance of the team to achieve the target.
  • Coordinate with engagement team and other parties to solve client’s issues related to billing and collection.
  • Coach team members and help them solve the problems.
  • Monitor and update Account Receivable, Billing and Collection status.
  • Prepare and analyze report of Account Receivable, Billing and Collection performance.

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Controller experiences and handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable function.
  • Experience in a multi-national company environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Pro-active, result-oriented and able to provide actionable recommendation to engagement team.
  • Good ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in English
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
