KPMG's Management Consulting group assists our clients in improving and transforming business performance through strategic and operational re-engineering and better leverage of technology investments. We help develop strategies relating Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Management, IT Strategy Implementation, Cost Optimization, Business Integration, Business Intelligence as well as ERP implementation services. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is familiar with Project Management Office (PMO) for large or complex system implementation. 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Ensure end to end delivery of small to medium value engagements. Ensure supervision of a minimum hours clocked on a client, profitable operations and average recoverability on new jobs won
  • Drive sales in the market, identify client business issues and develop technical and commercial proposals to meet client needs                                       
  • Enhance Firm and personal brand value
  • Deliver consistent client delight
  • Develop and roll-out client/ industry centric solutions
  • Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and product/services
  • Proactively engage in cross-functional communication and sharing of information
  • Build co-operative relationships and fosters an environment in which everyone’s opinion is valued
  • Position self as the Firm’s ambassador across different platforms
  • Proactively participate in identification of potential opportunities at practice level
  • Help others to understand how their work contributes to the overall success of a project and KPMG
  • Display excellent project management skills to deliver high quality work on time and to budget
  • Display excellent financial management of projects
  • Plan and re-schedule priorities and timescales in light of changing requirements
  • Clearly articulates the importance to team of delivering high quality work within a regulatory environment
  • Ensures self and team comply with risk management requirements
  • Adhere to operational excellence norms on proposals
  • Undertakes professional qualification & training within required timeline to build on skill and expertise
  • Executes projects to a level that meet the member Firms Quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information System, Computer Engineering or related field
  • At least 6 years' working experience in Customer Operation or related experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English
  • Strong communication and presentation capability
  • Background in consulting firms would be advantage.
