Job Descriptions

KPMG in Thailand is currently seeking a bright, ambitious human resources professional to join the recruitment team.  This experienced professional will be responsible for arranging a range of activities which help to strengthen the KPMG Thailand workforce. The role will involve you partnering with internal business leaders to understand their needs and communicating our value proposition to potential employees.


  • Responsible for Mass Recruitment including assessment, engagement with University, and other firm activities.
  • Act as a steward for the KPMG brand and help contribute positively and creatively to the KPMG identity and values
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment and selection process for different business lines, and Handle job posting, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates
  • Schedule interviews for line managers, liaise with recruitment consultants, candidates and deal with applications
  • Provide professional support and advice on recruitment and hiring process to line managers
  • Conduct the orientation program for both the Thai new joiner and Expatriate staff
  • Support and contribute to Human Resources Department activities and/or projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities, business or related field preferred but other disciplines will be considered.
  • For senior, minimum 4 years of recruitment experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment however recruitment agencies also considered.
  • Strategic thinker who is able to work independently and creatively – someone who can “go the extra mile”.
  • Strong project management and process skills - an ability to be structured, practical and detail oriented is essential for this role.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - you must value teamwork and be able to get on well with many types of people.
  • Someone who can demonstrate an interest in continued professional development in the HR field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
