Senior/Assistant Manager - Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

As organization grow in size and complexity due to expansion and investment in both domestic and international markets, our clients, multinational and Thai corporations are seeking our advices to support their corporate M&A and investment strategies. KPMG Corporate Finance is looking for ambitions professionals to join our successful Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in Bangkok. In this function, you will advise clients from different sectors in complex transactions – from deal origination to closing.


  • Origination and execution of buy- & sell-side M&A projects, fund raising, joint venture assistance, business strategy, market entry studies, and pricing analysis
  • Participate in complex and multidisciplinary projects and provide key advice on deal considerations including structuring, pricing and negotiation advice 
  • Project management consulting in M&A process and corporate finance related projects
  • Drafting, developing and reviewing of transaction documents, information memorandum, business plan, financial model and valuation by various approaches using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
  • Coordination with client and relevant parties in M&A activities and participation in high quality client presentations
  • Perform industry researches and market analyses and contribute to KPMG M&A publications
  • For experienced candidates, take responsibilities in providing coaching and training to junior team members


  • Corporate finance, investment bank, project finance advisory experience acquired with banks, professional firms and corporations 
  • Strong financial background with solid understanding of M&A processes
  • Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking 
  • Strong communication and presentation capability 
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment 
  • Passing CFA exam for any level is an advantage 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing skills
