Job Description

Working closely with Senior Management in the Financial Services Advisory team this is a role where the right candidate will have the opportunity to help clients in the financial services industry (in particular insurance, banking and leasing) transforms their organizations into technology enabled enterprises by creating new business models using innovative products.


  • Work in partnership with client teams (including product owner, platform architect, configuration specialist, business analyst, and project manager/scrum master) to solve complex user experience problems and articulate clear design requirements in a human-centered framework.
  • Apply methodologies of Design Thinking, facilitate workshops, work closely with clients, and ensure there are no obstacles to innovative pathways
  • Coordinate across related IT functions to create alignments with business process and function groups.
  • Craft design artifacts like personas, wireframes, journey maps, experience maps, user flows, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes to test, evangelize and deliver your ideas
  • Demonstrate ability to assist business development / proposal efforts. Help with the growth, development and support of junior resources. Leading development of an innovation culture within the team and promoting new ways of working. Take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience preferably within an advisory firm
  • Working experience primarily in the financial services sector or business consulting firms with special focus on financial services (in particular insurance, banking and leasing).
  • Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end business processes and key integration points, and identify challenges and/or solutions.
  • Hand-on experience in various scales of business and digital transformation with platformy implementation in support of front, middle, and/or back office functions
  • Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work.
  • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
