Job Description

This in turn will help them be more competitive and efficient. 

Working closely with Senior Management in the Financial Services Advisory team this is a role where the right candidate will have the opportunity to help clients in the financial services industry (in particular insurance, banking and leasing) transforms their organizations into technology enabled enterprises by creating new business models using innovative products.


  • Explore business challenges, helping to demonstrate use cases with any intelligent automation solutions i.e. Chatbot, RPA, AI, Machine Learning, Cognitive analytics
  • Interact with business leaders and functional experts to understand current and future business challenges and needs.
  • Assist clients in defining and embedding intelligent automation strategies, roadmaps and business cases.
  • Understand and evaluate business processes, successfully translating business automation needs into automation solution designs.
  • Define structures, policies, processes and metrics to assess organizational gains for intelligent automation.
  • Assist the further development, testing and delivery of automation capabilities using industry leading technology.
  • Manage highly skilled KPMG and client teams throughout the daily execution of intelligent automation projects.
  • Participate in the continual development and publication of intelligent automation related thought leadership and service offerings.
  • Demonstrate ability to assist business development / proposal efforts. Help with the growth, development and support of junior resources. Leading development of an innovation culture within the team and promoting new ways of working. Take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience preferably within an advisory firm
  • Working experience primarily in the financial services sector or business consulting firms with special focus on financial services in particular insurance, banking and leasing.
  • Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hand-on experience in various scales of business process transformation with technology implementation involved within and across business functions
  • Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work.
  • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
