KPMG’s Financial Services Business Transformation team has experience of a wide range of industry sectors and uses this knowledge to deliver IT-enabled, business transformation and operations improvement services. We offer practical guidance on improving operations; driving value and helping optimize capital and cost structures; developing and applying business strategies to improve financial and operational performance as well as dealing with business change management and the people issues which arise from it.  We are looking for an experienced professional with FS experience to join the team to focus on the following:

• Work as an integral part of KPMG FS Consulting to execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, regulatory changes; IT related implementation and organizational strategy within the Financial Services sector.
• Assist Data & Systems Workstream Lead to deliver large, complex Finance & Risk Transformation and/or Accounting Change (IFRS) engagements that identify, design, and implement data management and technology solutions for insurance, banking, investment management and other financial institutions in Thailand and deliver engagements.
• Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
• Work with senior management to develop and present KPMG Advisory offerings to the market.

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferably within an advisory firm or working under business transformation division in insurance, banking, investment management sectors.
• Hands-on experience in the data architecture, data warehouse space, custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance with a variety of databases form SQL to HDFS.
• Strong experience in designing enterprise data architecture and visualizations to perform data discovery and highlight insights.
• Strong experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
• Knowledge of how specific visual components drive usability and understanding
• Experience with testing tools, Hadoop and Hive a plus.
• Review data quality and definitions, with strong experience in data cleansing and data management tasks
• Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and good English
• Ability to thrive in an international environment
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
