KPMG’s Asia-Pacific Board Leadership Centre Webinar - 2022 Board and Audit Committee Priorities

Event Information

We are pleased to invite you to participate in KPMG’s Asia Pacific Board Leadership Centre Webinar entitled “2022 Board and Audit Committee Priorities”. This is an annual event which regularly brings leaders together.

There have been challenges and priorities shaping the board and audit committee agendas (e.g. various stages of post COVID-19 economic recoveries, consequences of the ongoing armed conflict) that bring uncertainties. In this webinar, we will discuss these and the key steps boards can take to create resilience in their organizations. We will focus on:

  • What are the top priorities for boards in 2022 and beyond? How are boards keeping pace and helping the business position itself for the future?
  • How will geopolitical risk trends and hotspots play out in the year ahead?
  • How is the ESG lens applied to the organization’s strategic thinking?
