Wee Hwee focuses on real estate M&A in Singapore and across Asia Pacific, fund structuring and REIT formation. He has more than 23 years of tax advisory experience, with the majority of that focusing on real estate transactions. His clients comprise mainly of all kinds of investors that invest into real estate and includes fund managers, developers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, listed REITs and business trusts.

Wee Hwee is currently the Director and Treasurer of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA). He actively participates as a presenter for workshops organised by the APREA and Real Estate Development Association of Singapore. He is also an instructor for the Certificate of Real Estate Investment Finance (CREIF). He has spoken on fund/real estate tax topics in various conferences held in Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai and Jakarta. A number of these seminars include collaboration or joint talks with brokerage firms such as JLL, CBRE and Savills.
