Event information

Data centre activity has taken off in Japan, with the asset class quickly becoming a key investment target for foreign real estate and infrastructure investors due to high potential upside and an equity story that is very much reflective of (and further powered by) the current global environment. Singapore continues to be a key choice of fund domicile/holding platform for investments into Japanese data centres.

KPMG in Singapore and KPMG in Japan are pleased to invite you to join us for a Live Webinar on investing into Japanese data centres by funds and fund managers. Along with our guest speakers from Digital Edge DC and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in Japan, our key objective is to share insights on Japanese data centres as an asset class for a growing number of foreign investors.

This session will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of Japanese data centres investments and the current data centre market in Japan;
  • Legal considerations of overseas investors/funds' investments into Japanese data centres; and
  • Commonly used Singapore to Japan investment structures for investing into Japanese data centre investments.

This webinar is complimentary, although early registration is recommended. Please indicate your availability to attend this webinar by clicking on the registration button below.

We look forward to welcoming you to this insightful webinar.
