Chris spearheads Carey Olsen's crypto practice, having advised on a series of token offerings, crypto funds and crypto exchanges. He most recently advised the Radix DeFi platform on the issue of E-XRD. Among other previous notable projects, Chris advised Binance on the launch of its Jersey exchange. He has considerable experience in dealing with the Jersey Financial Services Commission in navigating crypto projects through the Jersey regulatory approval process team. Chris also has broad experience of both general international corporate and funds work with particular expertise in private equity and hedge funds.
