Event Information

Over the course of two decades, Singapore has evolved to become a global REIT listing hub. Today it is an international REIT market in Asia with 80% of S-REITs having some or all of their properties outside Singapore. This is complemented by a diverse retail and institutional investor base and supported by a tax efficient S-REIT regime.

If you are exploring listing European Real Estate via Singapore REITs, join us at this session where you can gain insights on the European property market, and hear from tax practitioners and advisors on ways to navigate the tax complexities of an outbound investment into the UK, Netherlands and Germany.

This session will cover the following topics:

  • European property market updates
  • Key tax structuring aspects e.g., effective tax rates and substance requirements
